1. Cancellations If unable to gain access or for any reason a cancellation has to be made, please notify the sparkling clean number provided or email
   info@sparkling-clean.co.uk as soon as possible.
   1. More than 48 hrs notice no charge.
   2. 48 hrs or less, cancellitaion fee on the minimum booking fee will be aplicable.
2. Minimum Booking
   Minimum booking is 2 hours.
3. Booking Ammendments
   If you require a change to the number of hours required, or a to the day or time, sparkling clean request that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate your needs.
4. Payment
   Cheque or cash must be left on each visit, or a Standing Order set up. If payment is not received within 10 working days then sparkling clean will postpone any further bookings until payment is made. Sparkling-clean may impose a 10% surcharge for late payments.
5. Extra Instructions
   If there are any different jobs you may require from time to time, please leave a note for your sparkling-clean and they will carry out your instructions as a priority, and then will continue cleaning as normal until the time is up. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your cleaning requirements, sparkling-clean cannot be held responsible for any normal duties not carried out because of special instructions or extra ironing that reduces the time arranged for cleaning. If you wish you book extra time, please notify the sparkling clean as soon as possible.
6. Private work
   All staff sign a Contract excluding them from working privately
7. Absences
   In the event of your usual sparkling-clean cleaner being unable to work due to sickness, every effort will be made to provide customers with their usual cleaning slot. If this is not possible we will endeavor to arrange a convenient alternative slot. Sparkling clean will inform customers of any changes to your usual cleaner.
8. Safety
   Please do not ask your cleaner to do anything dangerous i.e. standing on the top step of high stepladders to clean lights or picture rails (other arrangements will be made if necessary). Cleaners are advised to say no to a job they think will risk their well-being.
